:: Deaf Joe Harney is a musician from Waterford who also plays with Deaf Animal Orchestra and Katie Kim, and has played in David Kitt’s live lineup. He cuts a living writing music for theatre and dance. He can already count Donal Dineen as a fan of his music.
RELEASES —- Forest Fires EP, self-released October ‘09 with a limited edition run of twenty copies. Four are available from Road Records on Fade St, Dublin if you’d like one. Or else email him direct. He says on his myspace that he’ll probably be putting it up for digital release in the new year anyway.
Deaf Joe is currently working on an EP of romantic, soulful and dreamlike songs to be released early next year. He wants to write songs for the listener to get lost in. He plays all the instruments on the recordings himself apart from drums.
